* Walk-ins or appointments are welcome. However, your appointment is automatically canceled if you are 15 minutes late and will be rescheduled.
* All services are non-refundable. We are committed to providing you 100% satisfaction with all services and a 7-day guarantee for chipped or broken nails. Please make sure you are satisfied with your selected color because after the technician has completed your nails, we will replace the color only at an extra cost.
* Gift certificates, once purchased, are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. We are not responsible for unauthorized usage or lost or stolen gift cards.
* Please keep your belongings in a safe place, we are not responsible for lost stolen or misplaced personal items.
* We have the right to refuse or stop service to anyone being rude to our employees or other customers. Please do not cause any type of disruption in the salon.
* Beverages: While all of our beverages are complimentary, please consume in moderation at your own risk. We are not responsible or liable for any allergic reaction or overconsumption.
* Children: If you bring your children please supervise them at all times. We are not responsible for your children's safety at the salon.
* Be sure to let us know if you have health conditions, such as diabetes or infection, that may affect your service. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of the treatment.
